The block of writing above is our short draft of the billing block that will be featured on our poster and maybe in the first shot of our trailer. Within the billing block is contains all the names of people that ‘supposedly’ would have helped us on the film. We tried to make the bill block look as realistic as possible and therefore took some of our friend’s names and made up names to create a team of producers and designers that would have helped us on the film.

The bill block contains the names of the institutions that we are using, which is Summit Entertainment, Lakeshore Entertainment and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. Its also contains the following;
·      Actors
·      Casting director
·      Music director
·      Makeup artist
·      Costume designer
·      Production designer
·      Director of photography
·      Executive producers
·      Producers
·      Produced by
·      Written by
·      Directed by
By using these as a basis we were able to create a realistic bill board as these are conventionally the names of people that you may find in this type of genre film.

Institution

First of all, as you can see from our animatic we had chosen to use summit entertainment but after research we can come to the conclusion that Lionsgate would be a much better institution to use to produce our film.

Lionsgate
Founded on July 3rd 1997 it has produced films such as the recent Hunger Games, Divergent and Abduction.  In the November of 2013 Lionsgate was recognized as the most commercially successful independent film and television distribution company as well as being the seventh most profitable.
We found it appropriate for this to be our institution as the films produced a have a similar theme to our, for example the film Abduction produced by the company has a very similar initial idea to ours, by incorporating the idea of young love and the thriller of an abduction (although we did not initially realize this link) But after finding this link between the films we have decided to use Lionsgate. We have also decided that as Lionsgate has already produce a film similar to our it is more likely that they will go see another film of the same genre as it was such a success. This targets a niche audience by using this Institution, as people who have watched blockbuster films already produced by them will go to see our film.

Summit entertainment
Lionsgate has now brought Summit entertainment, and as this was one of our original co-producers we have no just chosen to do a co-produced trailer with both of the institutions. We still would like to use summit entertainment as we feel that is has produced other films that will help to locate a wider mass audience as they have previously produced films that have been a major success in the film industry.
